 Listening is an important trait in everyone’s life you have to start with, that will help us build trust with others and be able to understand their point of view. It helps us develop empathy and understanding for other people and can make us more aware of our feelings, opinions, or needs. This will make it easier to create healthy relationships that are beneficial to all involved. Being able to listen to others and not try to get their emotional state for your own. It's not always easy but knowing how to talk about your problems allows you to be more open and vulnerable to other people.   The way we think is the main factor that influences how well we can do things, especially in life as humans. We often have different thoughts and emotions. What I believe in makes me happy, but others don’t believe it and they end up in a bad situation. It is important to understand why others believe something instead of you, so you can then decide whether or not to believe it, to begin with. There really is no cure for addiction but there is hope when you get help with your addictions and get help from professionals. If you feel as though you have become addicted, I think the first step towards overcoming this is admitting to yourself that seeing your addiction is not good enough.
