The midlife existential crises! That turned into a blessing.
I was in my mid-twenties when I went through a difficult time in my life and amongst all this chaos I was also undergoing a midlife existential crisis through thick and thin I believe somehow I was able to find out that maybe no matter what you do there is a void that never seems to fill something is always missing no matter how happy how high how low you might be at that moment in time there is this one thing that is missing.
So I started to take things from another perspective just like Jason Bourne. The primary most basic questions I am a conscious being on a planet that is spinning on at least 3 different axes in the vastness of this space and what exactly am I doing amidst all this. Who placed me here? What am I supposed to do here? It was like hold on a minute what have I been doing the past 20, 24 years of my life. I have tried doing the things people tell you to do even if you achieve their so-called level of success and a good life that void still remains piercing at the core of your very existence don't get me wrong you just might achieve happiness but not that contentment or the wholeness that you were always craving? You can be happy and ignore it for a while yet it still remains no matter what you do.
I thought to myself am I this body? am I the brain? well, what am I? am I this consciousness ? or am I the spirit? well even if I just look at the body I am made up of 37.2 trillion cells.
Am I all these cells but I don't even feel them all nor do I have to consciously keep everything running it's like an automatic machine that never tires and keeps working well who could engineer this marvel I hear a lot of things like evolution and blah blah but that does not add up I mean just look at this staggering number 37.2 trillion cells came together to form this being out of randomness and chance and luck man that's just plain dumb?
Well maybe someone or something did create all this space and beings? well, who? God which god so many gods,s out here probably seems like there is only one because everything is in a divine order things have a fixed manner there is no interference there is no contradiction everything seems to fall in its place right where it is needed from the smallest micro organism or atom to the biggest galaxies or universe or universes we can only imagine and marvel at the awesomeness of this all. But then again what about me why do I have this consciousness the ability to differentiate between what,s right or wrong? not my dog though he can differentiate between good and bad however I innately know something is right or wrong? Based on the morals and principles put in me by society's genes or whatever.
I say to myself who here is claiming to know the purpose of my existence, not that hogus poghus your purpose it what you make it to be even after helping a billion deserving people that void doesn't fill up and we all know it just look at bill gates? neither those billions nor that intelligence could save even his marriage. Religion claims to have these answers well let's check them out.
I see through the religious text most of them don't make sense like some saying you should be human and be kind, it's a thing like we just woke up on this planet and found ourselves dependent on one another now let's see what benefits us as a whole bring order some sense some security that's exactly what all of us have been doing trying to make a system of justice and security look at what all these civilizations and societies have been doing. Trying to bring order that's it.
Though there is one book that is a marvel it claims to have all the answers and be guidance for all till the end of times. Now there are a lot of books that claim to have these answers but they are flawed they don't even come up with the scientific evidence that is established as facts today.
Except The Book called Holy Quran it does not have any scientific errors and the information this book gives no man could have 1400 or 1500 years back however few things the Quran says science cannot claim it to be true or wrong since we do not have the knowledge yet.
Now why do I believe Quran is the Literal Word Of God ?
To such a question I would respond by saying that take any other book in history which can stand the test of time like the Quran? after a 100 years it becomes clear that these book are flawed due to an N number of reasons. When you read the quran you are unable to find any error any flaw in it. Its challenges to humanity still stand the test of time and reason. Forget that it is a book of God read it like it was written by a 7th century Arab who lived in Pagan Arabia.
Who did not know how to read or write, how did he come up with such a book?
1. Its Challenge of Inimitability
At first, the Quran challenged the disbelievers to imitate it; then, finding no response, the Quran challenged them to produce just ten surahs (chapters) of like merit; and finally, when there were no takers to even this challenge, it dared them to produce just one surah like the Quran.
Say: ‘If the whole of mankind and jinn were to gather together to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like thereof, however much they helped each other.’ [Surat Al-Isra’, 17:88]
Or they may say, ‘He forged it,’ Say, ‘Bring ye then ten surahs forged, like unto it, and call (to your aid) whomsoever ye can, other than Allah, if ye speak the truth; [Surat Hud, 11:13]
And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a surah like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers) besides Allah, if your (doubts) are true. [Surat Al-Baqarah, 2:23]
This challenge was made to the Arabs who consciously prided themselves for their poetry and eloquence so much that their poetry is full of self-admiration and ridicule for any other nations who even thought that they could excel the Arabs in eloquence (Jurjani, Rasa’il fi I’jaz). History related many cases of great Arab poets who listened to the Quran and were immediately captivated by its language. The greatest Arab poetess, Al-Khansaa’, not only embraced Islam because of it, she in fact refused to compose poetry after hearing the Quran. Some tried to imitate the Quran, but sounded so inept and palpably inferior to the Quran that they were ridiculed by their own followers.
Why was it inimitable? Despite the fact that the enemies of Islam have left no stone unturned in opposing it, why can no one produce anything comparable to a book that a 7th century Arab trader allegedly could? Why has the Quran been the most read, memorized and revered book in the world and in history since its revelation? Simply because it is from God—Allah, the Most-High, —not a human effort. Its impeccable message and inimitable style both bear witness to it.
2. Its Irresistible, Timeless Message
‘La ilaha illallah,’There is no god but God, is the essence of the message of the Quran. The most irresistible aspect of the Quran is this message. The Quran addresses all of humankind, and informs it of the ultimate purpose of its existence. Humankind was created, the Quran says, to recognize and worship the One God, the Creator and the Master, and will prosper only if it does so. Compared to any other religion or philosophy, the Quranic message is incomparably more compelling, rational, spiritually satisfying, and natural: There is only One God, and He is Just and Merciful, All-Powerful and All-Knowing. Humans stand before God alone; there is no short-cut, such as belonging to a race, seeking help from the saints, or believing in God’s son or mother. There is only one fair, universal way to attain success: Believe in God alone, and demonstrate through your actions that you really do.
3. Its Internal Coherence
In the entire Book, there is no instruction or story that contradicts, in the slightest, this basic message of monotheism—every single statement only adds to its coherent message.
Do they not consider the Quran (with care)? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy. [Surat Al-Nisa’, 4:82]
Any human compilation of any length is ridden with internal inconsistency and incoherence. We humans say one thing, do another; think something in the morning, and change our minds by the evening. One major accident turns our lives around completely—believers become disbelievers and vice versa. Even at any given time, we hold ideas in our minds that are in direct contradiction with each other. Sometimes we are greedy and selfish, other times generous and selfless. To forget, to be persuaded, to be seduced, to give in, to err is all human. The Quran, however, never changes its mind—the entire Book of over six thousand verses presents one single message, confirms it, elaborates it, repeats it, and establishes it through a moral and legal code.
4. Its Call to Reason and Logic
The Quran does not ask its audience to just blindly believe and take a “leap of faith.” To the contrary, it calls them to use reason and logic. But contrary to simplistic modern philosophies that posit a separation between reason/mind and emotion/heart, the Quran makes explicit the inseparable connection between the two:
Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Quran, or are their hearts locked up? [Surah Muhammad, 47:24]
Just one example of the Quran’s use of logic:
Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators? Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, it is just that they do not believe! [Surat Al-Tur, 52:35-36]
5. Its Foreknowledge and Preemption of all the Detractors and Rejecters
The allegation that the Quran was a human composition is not new or unique to modern Western disbelievers or the Orientalists. It is as old as the Quran itself, and is openly addressed and challenged in the Quran itself. The Makkans who rejected the message had a series of reasons for rejecting it: it was poetry, a political ploy to gain power, magic and sorcery, insanity, or old tales that the Prophet had learned from the Christians or the Persians. Their inconsistency showed that none of these reasons really convinced them.
The only aspect which the modern enemies of Islam have added to the attempts of their former colleagues in disbelief—their Makkan counterparts—is the allegation that the Quran has not even been preserved and is not even the words of Muhammad. Modern disbelievers, in reality just as blind and primitive as their 7th century pagan counterparts, hide behind the veil of ‘history’ to question the authenticity of the Quran. If the Quran had been changed or fabricated its errors would be visible like they are in the bible and Old Testament and several other religious books.
6. Its Awe-inspiring Self-Confidence
Alif. Lam. Ra. (This is) a Book, with verses measured in meaning, further explained in detail, from One Who is Wise and All-knowing. [Surah Hud, 11:1]
No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise. [Surat Fussilat, 41:42]
How did the author of the Quran know that it will never be corrupted? How could it so confidently declare that “falsehood cannot approach it from before or behind”? Or, if the author was a human pretending to be God, why did he so confidently predict historical events or conditions: that Abu Lahab would never become a Muslim up until he died? [Surat Al-Masad] Or that the Romans would soon defeat the Persians? [Surat Al-Rum] Or that, just after the treaty of Hudaybiyyah, the Muslims would soon be victorious in spite of an apparently humiliating peace treaty? [Surat Al-Fath] Or that the Jews and the polytheists were going to be worse enemies of Islam than the Christians–the pious among whom would have a soft belly for it? [Surat Al-Ma’idah, 5:82] Couldn’t the Jews or the Makkans have just proven the Quran wrong by being friendlier to the Muslims than the Christians?
All these predictions were about things that occurred during Prophet Muhammad’s lifetime, and could have been proven wrong; but each one of them came true. Why would a liar or a pretender put himself at such a risk of refutation?
7 Its Prophesies
The truth of some of the Quranic prophesies have amazingly come to light only recently; I will mention one here. God said to the drowning Pharaoh who had tyrannized Moses and his people,
This day shall We save you in the body, that you may be a sign to those who come after you! But verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Signs! [Surat Yunus, 10:92]
Before this verse, the only reference to Pharaoh was in the Bible, which did not mention anything about preserving the Pharaoh’s body:
And the waters returned, and covered the Chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them. (Exodus, 14:28)
In 1907, after about 3000 years, many pharaonic mummies were unearthed and subjected to scientific examination by Elliot Smith who published the findings in a book entitled The Royal Mummies. (reported by Maurice Bucaille, The Bible, The Quran and Science, p. 241)
One of these, displayed today in a museum in Cairo, is believed to be the Pharaoh who reigned during Moses’ time. How could the Quran have so confidently predicted these events fourteen centuries before the mummy was discovered and sixteen centuries after it was mummified, when no one else knew of it?
8 Its clear superiority over Science :
In an era of science and technology, the following promise of the Quran is coming true in a new way, in full daylight for “anyone with heart” to see:
Soon will We show them our Signs in the (farthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord doth witness all things? [Surat Fussilat, 41:53]
The miracle of the Quran is not that it provides definite scientific information; it never claims or attempts to do so. The purpose of the Quran is much loftier than that: to teach absolute truths about ultimate reality which humans cannot know or know fully on their own. Yet the Quran does include allusions to natural phenomena in order to convey its noble message, and its scientific miracle lies in its never being wrong in those allusions—even about details that were unknown to humankind until this century.
If a human were forging it, it would be very likely that he would make errors, especially with regard to the scientific information he was using to impress his 7th century audience—after all, the Arabs, his immediate audience, were not even remotely familiar with science.
How could a supposed human author of the Quran know, fourteen hundred years —when people believed that the Earth sat on the horns of a bull—that:
1 All life was created from water (21:30) "Did the unbelievers (who do not accept the teaching of the Prophet) not realize that the heavens and the earth were one solid mass, then We tore them apart,28 and We made every living being out of water?29 Will they, then, not believe (that We created all this)? " (Who knew then that 80% of the cytoplasm that makes up human cells is water?), or that
2 The heaven and the earth were once joined together (in 1973, the Nobel prize was given for the Big Bang theory that confirmed this basic idea), or that
3 The bees that collect honey from the flowers are female (Surat Al-Nahl, 16:68,69) "And your Lord inspired the bees: “Make ˹your˺ homes in the mountains, the trees, and in what people construct, and feed from ˹the flower of˺ any fruit ˹you please˺ and follow the ways your Lord has made easy for you.” From their bellies comes forth liquid of varying colours, in which there is healing for people. Surely in this is a sign for those who reflect" It is only in the Twentieth Century that we have been told by scientists that the male bee does not perform nectar-collecting duties because it lacks relevant body organs (such as baskets for collecting pollen grains or glands to secrete wax for comb construction!)? Who could have known that at the time?
4 The stages of creation in the womb proceed from a sperm (nutfa) to an ‘alaqa (leech-like thing, clot) to a mudgha (a chewed piece of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed), and then come the bones…. (Surat Al-Hajj, 22:5; Surat Al-Mu’minum, 23:14) "O humanity! If you are in doubt about the Resurrection, then ˹know that˺ We did create you1 from dust, then from a sperm-drop,2 then ˹developed you into˺ a clinging clot ˹of blood˺,3 then a lump of flesh4—fully formed or unformed5—in order to demonstrate ˹Our power˺ to you. ˹Then˺ We settle whatever ˹embryo˺ We will in the womb for an appointed term, then bring you forth as infants, so that you may reach your prime. Some of you ˹may˺ die ˹young˺, while others are left to reach the most feeble stage of life so that they may know nothing after having known much. And you see the earth lifeless, but as soon as We send down rain upon it, it begins to stir ˹to life˺ and swell, producing every type of pleasant plant."
"Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators."
5 Now we know today that the moon only reflects light it does not produce light like the sun. 1400 years ago this was mentioned in the Quran 25:61 "Blessed is the One Who has placed constellations in the sky, as well as a ˹radiant˺ lamp1 and a luminous moon."
6 We now know that the shape of earth is spherical when did humans discover this it was 1577-80
Sir Francis Drake became the first Englishman to circumnavigate the globe. ... and the second ever to complete a circumnavigation of the globe. He confirmed that the earth was spherical. The Quran told us in Quran 79:31 In the Quran, Sura 79 verse 30 uses the Arabic word دَØَاهَا to describe the earth. This word is translated as “egg-shaped” or “spread”.
"He made the earth egg-shaped."
7 we have been aware that the sun rotates since the 17th century the Quran told us 1400 years ago in chapter 21 verse 33 "And He is the One Who created the day and the night, the sun and the moon—each travelling in an orbit."
8 Today we know that the universe is expanding which is already mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago 51:47 "We built the universe with ˹great˺ might, and We are certainly expanding ˹it˺."
9 When did we learn about the water cycle? The first published thinker to assert that rainfall alone was sufficient for the maintenance of rivers was Bernard Palissy (1580 CE), who is often credited as the "discoverer" of the modern theory of the water cycle. Quran mentions this in several Places ( 39,21 ) (30,24) (15,22) (23:18) (30 :48) and several other verses.
10 Today we know plants have got sexes it was mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago (20:53)" He Who has, made for you the earth like a carpet spread out; has enabled you to go about therein by roads (and channels); and has sent down water from the sky.” With it have We produced diverse pairs of plants each separate from the others."
We can go on and on as to why I believe Quran is the word of God but I believe any one who wants to acknowledge the truth must admit this is the literal word of God. These descriptions, which have now been confirmed by modern science, are a testimony to the Divine origin of the Quran.
Read the Quran and ask yourself is it a work of a man or God?
What does this book tell us. It tells us about its writer a God named Allah who describes himself in the Quran as : He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.
So this much is clear about him that he is the one who was neither created nor something is created out of him there is no other like him. He is the one and only God.
He is the one that created everything else. Well, Allah created me now I would like to know how I was created and what am I doing on this planet spinning through the endless vastness of space. what is my purpose in this grand scheme of God?
The story starts with a narration of the Holy Prophet ( Peace be upon him ) who is the last prophet sent by Allah the one and only god.
Well okay, there is a God then when exactly did I come into this scenario?
+ Sahih Bukhari volume 4 book 54, Number 414:
Narrated Imran bin Husain:
I went to the Prophet and tied my she-camel at the gate. The people of Bani Tamim came to the Prophet who said "O Bani Tamim! Accept the good tidings." They said twice, 'You have given us the good tidings, now give us something" Then some Yemenites came to him and he said, "Accept the good tidings, O people of Yemem, for Bani Tamim refused them." They said, "We accept it, O Allah's Apostle! We have come to ask you about this matter (i.e. the start of creations)." He said, "First of all, there was nothing but Allah, and (then He created His Throne). His throne was over the water, and He wrote everything in the Book (in the Heaven) and created the Heavens and the Earth." Then a man shouted, "O Ibn Husain! Your she-camel has gone away!" So, I went away and could not see the she-camel because of the mirage. By Allah, I wished I had left that she-camel (but not that gathering).
Narrated 'Umar: One day the Prophet stood up amongst us for a long period and informed us about the beginning of creation (and talked about everything in detail) till he mentioned how the people of Paradise will enter their places and the people of Hell will enter their places. Some remembered what he had said, and some forgot it.
So this hadeeth of the holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) clearly tells us that first there was the creation of heavens and earths ( universe etc )
Then the creations come into being so first they had a purpose and then they were made so why did God create me?
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. (51:56)
Now let us clarify what worship means it means submission to the will of Allah. So a Muslim is a person who worships Allah. Followers of Islam aim to live a life of complete submission to Allah.
So in order to act according to the teachings of Allah. Allah s.w.t has sent countless messengers and scriptures for our guidance, starting from the first human our father Prophet Adam R.A
But hold on I never asked to be undergoing this test? Well, you asked for it even if you did not it's not your place to argue he is the creator and he wants you to be his khalifa on this planet i.e his viceregent on earth.
(33:72) We offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they refused to carry it and were afraid of doing so; but man carried it. Surely he is wrong-doing, ignorant.
(7:172) And recall when Your Lord summoned the offspring of the children of Adam from their loins and made them testify about themselves, “Am I not your Lord?” They said, “Yes, we do testify.” Thus you cannot say on the Day of Resurrection, “We were oblivious of this.”
So it is evident that we ourselves wanted to be among those that were going to be given this task? So what is this task?
(2:30) Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth." They said: "Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?" He said: "I know what ye know not."
Research about the mini questions like are the angels arguing with god?Well, they are not but if you still have quires you can read what Muslim scholars have to say.
So we are a vicegerent of Allah s.w.t on this universe, earth, and all that is accessible to us. So now all you have to do is follow the commandments of Allah and go to heaven and earn his pleasure by being with him there, at eternal peace no void there just wholeness and completeness.
(4:124) And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer - those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged, [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.
Well, why is there so much corruption on earth if Quran is actually the word of God with 1.90 billion Muslims?
Well, when you look at the time of the Holy Prophet (P.b.u.h) when Islam was followed in a way when all the commandments of Allah were adhered to and practiced by the Muslims. Muslims captured and brought order and justice to all the places they had conquered.
IN AD 610 Islam came and by November 644 CE Muslims had captured unimaginable Areas, they destroyed the greatest evil superpowers of the time The Persian and Roman Empire. The caliph itself ensured that not a dog should die of hunger since he knew that he is the viceregent of Allah S.W.T on this earth I am referring to Caliph Omar R.A, who followed each commandment of Allah because Allah says in the Quran.
(4:75) How is it that you do not fight in the way of Allah and in support of the helpless - men, women and children -who pray: 'Our Lord, bring us out of this land whose people are oppressors and appoint for us from Yourself, a protector, and appoint for us from Yourself a helper'?
That is why he felt it was necessary to free the oppressed people of Persia and the roman empire. Who were forced to follow the religion of their king and many other great injustices were done to them. He felt obliged by this verse above.
The people mentioned are not saying Allah help us rather Lord help us no matter what religion or caste the oppressed need to be protected by every Muslim it is a commandment of Allah s.w.t. A person claiming to be Muslim needs to follow each and every command of Allah s.w.t yet he is not. This verse also explains that the help of Allah s.w.t are Muslims but they have failed to uphold these commandments. That is why you see so much pain and anguish in the world this pain and anguish is there to test us.
To bring the law of Allah S.W.T is the purpose of All of us and rightly so this world belongs to him hence his rule should be applied to the subjects of this world. To follow each and every command of Allah S.w.t only then can that void be filled.
So how did we get into all this crap? where we believe our purpose is to have fun while millions are dying of starvation our purpose is to own a billion or a trillion dollars or to be famous or to be known as a charitable person? it is completely opposite of what we were supposed to do which is we asked our creator to give us this opportunity to become his vicegerents on earth who will fulfill and perform every commandment they are given as to how to function and order in the time we have here to earn his everlasting pleasure and enjoy from his bounties in the heaven? We are here to worship Allah and all our acts should be for his pleasure.
Then why we are not doing what we were supposed to do?
Our story is similar to that of Sam,s who lived in a small house near his farmland his parents were poor and his mother was dying of cancer but they could not afford to take her to the city to get cured at a hospital. Every night sam prayed for an opportunity to earn money for his family and to get her mother cured. But one odd morning Sam wakes up in Amsterdam in a nice apartment with a closet full of clothes food to eat a bed to sleep on alongside him is a journal that tells him that he is here to earn money for his parents who are waiting for him to come back he also gets instructions on how to get the money and how to get get back unhurt, he is also told that he will be misguided bu those around him but he can't remember anything he can't relate he says hold on let's see what the people here are doing since we always see the shinning or glamorous things sam does not see the people who are earning a living for their parents because they are not in the limelight.
He sees only those who are being admired the rich, people going to bars, and people fornicating the sinful people, he gets told the goal is to be happy #yolo and blah blah and these people seem to be happy he becomes a billionaire he is quite successful in his mind yet he has this void 40 years later this void doesn't seem to go away he can always feel it cause no matter what he does his purpose remains unfulfilled his parents are long dead and the journal is still in his room somewhere.
This is an analogy in this case we are Sam the journal is the Holy Quran and it tells us our purpose is to worship Allah which is to follow all his commands mentioned in the Quran and Hadees of the Holy Prophet P.b.u.h. . Now who has caused us to deviate us from our original purpose so much?
The answer lies in the story of Creation:
Surely We created you, then shaped you, then said to the angels, “Prostrate before Adam,” so they all did—but not Iblîs, who refused to prostrate with the others. (7:11)
Allah asked, “What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?” He replied, “I am better than he is: You created me from fire and him from clay.”(7:12)
Allah said, “Then get down from Paradise! It is not for you to be arrogant here. So get out! You are truly one of the disgraced.” (7:13)
He appealed, “Then delay my end until the Day of their resurrection.”(7;14)
Allah said, “You are delayed ˹until the appointed Day˺.” (7:15)
He said, “For leaving me to stray I will lie in ambush for them on Your Straight Path. (7:16)
Note: satan says that I will lie in ambush on your straight path he is the one who has deviated us from our purpose or god,s straight path or chosen path for us as Allah s.w.t has clearly said in the Quran: Today I have perfected your faith for you, completed My favour upon you, and chosen Islam as your way. But whoever is compelled by extreme hunger—not intending to sin—then surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (5:3)
Allah s.w.t has warned us against the shaitaan too several times.
(15:36) Iblis said: "My Lord! Grant me respite till the Day when they will be resurrected." (15:37) Allah said: "For sure you are granted respite (15:38) until the day of a known time." (15:39) Iblis said: "My Lord! In the manner You led me to error, I will make things on earth seem attractive to them22 and lead all of them to error, (15:40) except those of Your servants whom You have singled out for Yourself." (15:41) Allah said: "Here is the path that leads straight to Me.23 (15:42) Over My true servants you will be able to exercise no power, your power will be confined to the erring ones, those who choose to follow you.24
Since the beginning, he has been deceiving us.
(7:17) Then I will come upon them from the front and from the rear, and from their right and from their left. And You will not find most of them thankful
(7:18) Allah said: 'Go away from here - disgraced and expelled. I shall fill the Hell with all those that follow you.
(7:19) 0 Adam! Live you and your spouse in the Garden and both of you eat from it wherever you will, but never approach the tree or you shall become wrongdoers.'
- Don't lie (22:30)
- Don't spy (49:12)
- Don't exult (28:76)
- Don't insult (49:11)
- Don't waste (17:26)
- Feed the poor (22:36)
- Don't backbite (49:12)
- Keep your oaths (5:89)
- Hence Muslims are lier,s and evil people who rape steal and murder innocent people when we should have been the ones,s fighting for the oppressed all around the world. Muslims have ignored the commands of Allah s.w.t and justified their actions by only addherring to only 5 commandments of Allah s.w.t.
- They have succumbed to this psychology that as long as they are not harming others everything is good. People give this excuse for not praying namaz. When Holy Prophet P.B.U.H has clearly stated (Narrated by Muslim in Kitaab al-Eemaan from Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)).
It was narrated that Buraydah ibn al-Husayb (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: ‘The covenant that distinguishes between us and them is the prayer, and whoever neglects it has disbelieved (become a kaafir).’”
Muslims take it as if the Holy prophet P.b.u.h is just saying this he does not mean it?
Well, your psychology hurts a child who sees you every day and thinks you are a Muslim you are confusing his identity that a person who does not pay heed to the commandments of Allah s.w.t mentioned in the Quran is also a Muslim because he is claiming to be a Muslim.
The child can not differentiate a true Muslim from a fan of Islam who doesn't play his role as khalifa of Allah s.w.t on earth and just wears the same attire and claims to be a true Muslim. Not judging anyone,s intention but it confuses the hell out of ordinary Muslim children who never pick up this fundamental truth and end up becoming killers, rapists, and murderers or people who are in love with this world where they were only sent out for a period of time. And forget our covenant with Allah by not walking on the right path of Allah we are automatically working for the devil. As is evident by the above example.
So now you may ask well this is all fine but if I am a student or any ordinary man what is my role in all this what's my purpose?
Your purpose is to follow each and every commandment of Allah s.w.t, and give your services to the thing that you hate the most that just burns you to the core that you believe this world would be a better place without it such as hunger, oppression, Diseases cancer whatever biggest injustice you see out there go against it to the best of your ability make it your life,s purpose. Such as I am gonna end world hunger, I will provide a place for all the refugees in the world, I will not let any person be oppressed in the world,
Educate yourself on the matter to see how you can take practical steps against these problems and just start by reading the Seerah of the Holy Prophet(p.b.u.h) to see how he accomplished his mission of Spreading the word of God to every person and establishing the law of Allah then read and understand the Quran so you can be guided by it and see the practical application in the life of holy prophet p.b.u.h and apply it in your own battles against falsehood.
This is just my perspective on things I do not claim to be a scholar or a religious leader of any kind.so do your own research this is what I believe if people understand this world can be turned into a place of peace and harmony for all by establishing the law of Allah on the land of Allah s.w.t, We can gain knowledge but not guidance because as it is evident a lot of Muslims do know about it yet pay no heed to their purpose. May Allah s.w.t guide us all, until then the day of judgment is nearing play your part for this short period of time, submit your will to the will of Allah s.w.t and earn the everlasting pleasure of your Lord and fill the void within by fulfilling your purpose as Khalifa or viceregent of Allah on this planet.
Just stop living this prank of the devil where success means to be anything other than seeking the pleasure of your creator be it helping an injured man do it for the Raza/pleasure of Allah s.w.t if you believe that you are helping that injured man then you are the same as the tree who thinks he helped the man who stood in its shade even though it is Allah s.w.t that made him into the tree and caused the man to take respite in his shade and not of any other tree, similarly we should always thank Allah s.w.t for using us for his good work as he made us capable and placed us in that place where we could stop some harm from happening. Remember there are no coincidences you are where you are needed to play your part you could be a doctor an astronaut or anything but remember you are placed here to do some righteous deeds while believing in Allah S.W.T.. Always remember your promise to Allah S.W.T., and do not fall victim to Satan,s Plan of fooling you into chasing fake success which is actually a pathway to hell, just to get a promotion people tend to start obeying the commands of their bosses like they are their God. If you do not work towards your purpose whatever you do is useless for you. The direction is clear walking towards it or away from it is in our hands.
So what will you choose? Do not belittle yourself remember your creator is perfect and he does not make imperfect things. Your Goal in life needs to be big do not fall into despair.
Ayah Yusuf (Joseph) 12:87. O my sons! Go and search ˹diligently˺ for Joseph and his brother. And do not lose hope in the mercy of Allah, for no one loses hope in Allah's mercy except those with no faith.”
How can you be hopeless when you have a Perfect creator who has power over all things. Get up and get going. Start to show Allah s.w.t the beauty of his own creation!!!
